Bring us a problem
We turn real production incidents into drills: scoped repository, maintainer tests kept intact, seeded data, no customer data of yours anywhere near it. If your team has an incident worth studying, we build the arena around it and publish what we learn.

Sponsorship
Drills are free for engineers and we intend to keep them that way. Sponsorship funds the infrastructure and the human review time. What a sponsor gets is naming on a season of drills and the telemetry we publish anyway — not editorial control over the rubric.

Join the team
We need reviewers who can watch a 45-minute session and score judgment consistently, and engineers who can build arenas that fail honestly. There is no job board: write to us with something you have built or reviewed.
